I have 20 years experience doing live sound for every kind of venue. I own and run a 4-way active sound system utilizing a Presonus 32-channel digital mixer, DBX driverack 260 computer interfaced crossover and top of the line speakers to generate top rate sound.
I can light up any stage! With 18 wireless DMX fixtures put in place, I can control the mood of the entire room.
I can record 32 channels at 96kHz resolution. I also have the ability to mix and master digital recordings in a way suitable for both the common listener and the audiofile.
My true love is to play music. I'm a multi-instumentalist and an accomplished singer too.
I have a passion for Music and Community. I'm both a professional musician, and I run a full sound and lighting business on the weekends. I have provided sound for truely critical shows being put on by highly regarded production companies as well as many community events including countless benefits for folks who need the support. I play guitar, bass, piano, and woodwinds, but my #1 instument is the tenor saxophone. I've played with American Idol finalists, Big Leg Emma, Smackdab, and backed up Dan Aykroyd.
I'm the Audio Director of The Rolling Hills Radio Show. I provide sound for the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival Block Parties for The National Comedy Center, the Tiger Maple Stage at The Great Bue Heron Music Festival, The Third Thursday Concert series in Jamestown, NY, and many others. I've worked with a number of Grammy winning artists and rock stars, including Tom Paxton, Tom Chapin, Darrell Scott, The Don Juans, Tim Reynolds TR3, Jim Avett, 10,000 Maniacs, Derek St. Holmes, Papa Grows Funk, Butch Trucks (of The Allman Brothers), Nathan Williams and the Zydeco Cha Chas, Michael Glabicki (of Rusted Root), Coco Montoya, Don Dixen and countless other national acts.
